Joachim Giertsen brings broad expertise in tax law and VAT, with particular strength in transactions and reorganizations. He completed his legal education at the University of Bergen, specializing in tax and corporate law, and wrote his master's thesis in tax law. He also holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, with a specialization in tax and VAT law. Before joining us at Aider Legal, Joachim built an extensive career at the Norwegian Tax Authority, where he focused primarily on acquisitions and restructurings, handling complex tax law matters.
